Students in Jason Harbolt's English 11 classes were stunned when he started to read a "break-up letter" that was wadded up on the floor. The entire class was captivated by what they were listening to. They later discovered that it was actually a mock letter written by members of the 13 colonies to King George, proclaiming independence for good from his reign of tyranny!

Miss Maier's Digital Design class had a great lesson in coding recently. What seemed like an "easy coding assignment" didn't work out so well for some of the students. Following directions that teammates put together to make a PB & J sandwich failed to produce the final result -- until one team pretty much mastered the coding instructions, and a PB & J sandwich was properly made! No room for errors in coding! Great lesson for these newbies to coding
