KFHS English 10 students working on a written response during class today. They just finished reading a great American classic. "...you'll get along better with all kinds of folks. You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view" - Atticus Finch. To Kill a Mockingbird.

🎉 Exciting day for our students! 🎉 Today, they had the incredible opportunity to explore the Job Corps program, getting an inside look at potential career paths! 👷‍♂️🔧 They toured the welding and masonry programs, watched skilled instructors in action, and got hands-on experience . They also had a chance to check out the dorms and commissary, gaining insight into what life would be like if they joined the program. 🛠️🧱 These experiences are helping our students see the many possibilities that lie ahead after graduation.
