DAWGS at FCCLA State Leadership Conference!
Our Kettle Falls DAWGS recently took Spokane by storm, joining nearly 1,000 members for the Washington FCCLA State Leadership Conference. It was a week defined by leadership, creativity, and incredible hardware!
The competitive spirit was high, and our students delivered. Cheyenne Mullins and Gen Zavala earned a Gold Medal for their innovative "Repurpose and Redesign" project, while Karlee Anderson secured a Silver Medal in the high-stakes "Job Interview" category. These results are a testament to the hard work and professional skills our students cultivate every day at KFHS.
Beyond the competitions, the event was a masterclass in leadership. State Officers Adrianna Ericksen and Gen Zavala worked tirelessly behind the scenes with their fellow officers to orchestrate the entire conference. To top off the experience, students were inspired by a keynote address from Miss Washington.
We are so proud of these DAWGS for representing Kettle Falls with such excellence and poise on the state stage. Way to go!
