KFMS ASB
Kettle Falls Middle School's Associated Student Body (ASB) board plays a crucial role in fostering school spirit and enhancing the overall experience for students. The executive board is selected through a thorough school election process conducted in the spring, ensuring that capable and dedicated individuals lead the student body. Additionally, each Advisory class participates in the democratic process by voting in a representative for the ASB in the fall, ensuring broad representation from all corners of the student community.
Meeting weekly during lunch, the ASB collaborates under the guidance of their advisor, Jamie Johnson, to make important decisions concerning fundraisers, pep assemblies, school merchandise like KFMS t-shirts, and various holiday activities. The ASB President, Neven Eslick, takes a prominent role by reading the daily bulletin over the intercom, keeping the student body informed and engaged. Neven, along with the ASB Vice-President, Josh Bair, showcased their leadership skills by hosting and emceeing the entire Veteran's Day Assembly. Their thoughtful approach included interacting with veterans, asking them questions about their years of service, and creating a meaningful and respectful atmosphere.
Kettle Falls Middle School is indeed fortunate to have a vibrant ASB board composed of enthusiastic students who actively contribute to the school's community and spirit. Their dedication and involvement in various school events exemplify a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all students.ASBReading the daily bulletinASB shaking Vet hands ASBVet Assembly
