Using K'Nex Education kits, students moved beyond the instruction manual to design and build functional swings. It was incredible to see the energy of collaboration as teams figured out how to make their swings balanced, sturdy, and — most importantly — actually moving!
This wasn't just playtime — it was a masterclass in trial and error. To get those swings moving, our students had to think critically, solve problems in real-time, and champion one another's ideas. Watching them work through challenges together, adjust their designs, and celebrate each small breakthrough was something truly special.
A big thank you to our incredible kindergarten team for creating the kind of learning experiences that make kids excited to come to school. This is Kettle Falls Elementary at its best — where curiosity leads, and our students rise to meet it.
