Third grade is learning about the settlement of the Kettle Falls area and how the fur trade influenced Native Americans, Voyagers and Europeans. These photos show students playing a fur trade game, so they could act out the different roles trading! In CREW Club the students are learning how to sketch a proportionate character and Native American Ledger Art. Later, they will create their own Ledger Art with either a Native American or a Voyager character.
