On March 2, Mrs. Smith’s second-grade class participated in Read Across America which is Dr. Suess’ birthday! Students read books by Dr. Suess and completed activities. “You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose.”  -Dr. Seuss
