Cinco de Mayo

Mr. Heideman's Spanish and Culture class recently celebrated Cinco de Mayo.  Students contributed by bringing authentic Spanish dishes.  Some of the entrees were elk enchiladas, chicken and beef taquitos, chicken tacos, Agua de Jamaica (hibiscus tea), Mexican fruit cups, and carne con chili rojo.  Nothing brings learning and children together like food!
