    I encourage transparent communication to promote
    understanding and develop trust. 
     
    We want to include others when making decisions, and to share with our parents, community, and staff why we make the decisions we do.  We hope that this promotes better understanding which will lead to more trusting relationships.  Trust is key to so much of what we do.  With it, the organization is smooth and efficient!
     
    Speak Courageously is colored reddish pink. Red is the color of fire, so it is associated with energy, strength, and determination as well as love. In heraldry, red is used to indicate courage. It is a color found in many national flags.
     
    This page explains what Speak Courageously means, what it looks like, and where it is happening. This page contains links to videos, resources and a recognition blog that staff can use to recognize others who demonstrate this core belief that we have in Kettle Falls.  
     
    We believe that school culture is made up of experiences, beliefs and actions that we have on a daily basis with students, staff, parent and community members. We know that school culture can be improved.  It is our goal to create the types of experiences that ultimately lead to our desired results--community support and district growth!
