We are interested in school culture. By school culture we mean the actions, beliefs and experiences of the people in our organization (Connors and Smith, 2011). We believe that the experiences that we have with one another drive the beliefs we hold. These beliefs determine which actions we take when faced with a decision. These actions produce the results we get in our meetings, classrooms, on the field, on the court, in our buildings and in our district.
