Fourth Grade CREW cleaned up the beaches at Bradbury Beach and Colville Flats on their latest Adventure on October 17th. After the garabe ad recycling was collected, our CREW broke into collaborative teams in order to create beach nature art-using elements from nature. Our focus this Adventure was how to demonstrate the CREW habit of "Being Proactive". Fourth grade CREW set goals in personal responsibility and afterwards, reflected on their teams synergy-the success and challenges of working in a group. 

During our SALT (Service and Leadership Team) Camp, the 4th grade CREW worked on developing leadership qualities. One of our activities was to create "Leadership Rocks" that we brought back to our classroom to remind us of the leadership qualities all year long.
